Warranty

Please note that in order for the warranty to take effect, all of the following must be true:

• The customer has paid his or her bill.
• The customer keeps a copy of the original contract.
• For exterior homes homeowner provides validation of yearly professional pressure wash cleaning

Additionally, these areas are NOT covered by our warranty agreement:

• Horizontal surfaces
• Plaster / drywall damage
• Peeling / blistering in customer-supplied paint
• Knots that are bleeding
• Rust
• Water damage
• Varnished surfaces on the exterior of the building
• Previous paint layers that have peeled / blistered
• Galvanized metals or varnished surfaces
• Pressure Washing not provided by Polson Painting
• Painting, projects or defects done by other painters/contractor (Not Polson Painting)
• Normal wear and tear or abnormal treatment of any painted or stained surface (abrasion, coarse cleaning, exposure to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents/chemical)
• Defects in building design, structure or construction (water leak, improperly installed appliances or products)
• Polson Painting takes precautions to only spray soffits, not brush or roll, to help prevent clogging. Previously painted soffits are not included in the warranty.
